Vince and his team worked on my backyard for over five weeks, taking it from lots of dirt and weeds (basically nothing) to a properly graded and planted yard with pavers all around the house. This was a huge overhaul of a property we had just moved into and Vince's Landscaping did an excellent job. They have lots of experience with everything landscaping related, so they could do all of the work (grading, demolishing concrete, pouring concrete, installing pavers & fire pit & seating, wood stairs to get up the hill, irrigation, planting, etc). They did not charge me as much as most of the other landscapers, yet still did a great job. It was not an easy job either, as most of my backyard was a steep hill. Vince's Landscaping also did several "extra" things for me that were not part of the quote, at no extra charge. Thank you! All of my plants are California natives and Vince's team did a nice job of planting them. A very small percentage of plants died, and Vince returned to replace them. Also, very very important, they came back, over a year later, to fix things! Thank you so much, Vince & Alex & Jose and your team.

They did a wonderful job, they came on time they promised. They were very helpful. The price is reasonable.

Vince's crew did an extraordinary job. They removed the old sprinkler system. Rototilled multiple times; installed and amended soil; laid out new sprinkler system divided intelligently among four zones including one for terraced garden, and one drip system for another area. They installed two extra hose faucets mounted to new posts. They used quality products including brass hose risers and fittings. Irrigation control system was Hunter. Completed with new sod lawn. They were always prompt, accommodating to my needs, and they took their time to do things correctly. Completed October 2013. Lawn still in great shape. I have since used them for other repairs in my front lawn area. They were always professional and reasonably priced.

Didn't use their service as thy couldn't provide that type of work. So where it says would I hire again, there needs to be a N/A because it did not happen. Cant really give them a rating, so ignore the ratings.

Everything went as planned.

They were knowledgeable, professional, and they did a beautiful job! They gladly answered questions I had. Subsequent to original work, if I need a sprinkler adjustment, they came back and adjusted it with no problem, no questions. Work was completed October 2013.

Vince worked to ensure that potential damage was minimized. His crew showed up on time each day and were careful of the job site. On the final day, his crew cleaned up thoroughly and left the job site in great shape.

Very happy with the finished product. Work was excellent, workers friendly and professional. Done at a reasonable cost.

We got a bid from Vince that was fine. We ultimately used somebody else though, but I wish we had hired him instead based on my experience with him from a prior project last year at a rental property. He did a very professional job then and the landscaping still looks good. His knowledge of plants' needs, soil and drainage I think are superior to the person we did hire and probably would have resulted in a better outcome for our drought tolerant plants.

I hired Vince's Landscaping after moving into a new home. Previously the front yard was mostly weeds and mulch.
In two weeks, they transformed it into a California-native, drought-tolerant garden with a small lawn in the corner and working sprinkler system.

While doing the estimate, Vince was knowledgeable, respectful and clearly interested in doing a good job for me.  He asked a lot of questions and made suggestions to help me get what I wanted. 
Due to their busy schedule, there was a about a two month delay between getting the estimate and the beginning of the project.  Once they started the project, the work went very quickly.  The crew was generally polite, responsive, and made sure to let me know what was being done.  I really appreciated being kept informed because their suggestions and information led to several improvements in the design along the way.

We are very pleased with the results.  The artificial lawns look really good and real, the designs were respected, with drought resistant plants, decomposed granit paths, and 3 new trees. The foreman and his team were very professional, came on time, cleaned up every evening before they left and finished the job in good time.  Steve (Vince's son) was very responsive to our requests and always returned phone calls in good time.  He went the extra mile to please us, like replacing plants which had died, which is inevitable in this heat, adding more mulch and improving the paths even more, after the job was finished.  Overall we are pleased and highly recommend this company.

We have the utmost confidence in Steve Martino and Vince’s Landscaping.  The crew is hardworking and they do excellent work.  The company is professional and they operate with integrity.  I would recommend them to a friend for his or her next backyard renovation. We have the backyard of our dreams.
