It was good.

Our trees appeared to have been growing for quite some time without maintenance. The foreman came to our house , discussed the job and I received an estimate on the spot. On the day of the service, they arrived on time and did the work exactly as agreed upon and without any additional guidance from me. They were very quick, efficient, and neat and I thought their bid was reasonable for the number of trees that they pruned (probably close to 15). I will definitely call them again when I need additional services.

They were fantastic but expensive. They were wonderful. They left the worksite very, very clean. They were very polite. The tree was not an easy job because it was on a slope. They were very, very thorough. They left the place spotless. The big tree was $2,317 and the second job was $472. I couldn't recommend them higher. They did the second job a month after the first one. I would recommend them to anyone. They are a little high but they are wonderful. I would absolutely use them again.

They did the job in a timely fashion. Their prices were the best of what we had talked about. We were pleased with them. The clean up wasn?t the best, but it was still good.

They are wonderful! They are not the cheapest but they are thorough and they use certified arborists. I like the way I was treated when I called, I like the straight-forward manner in which they do their business, and I like that they really know their trees and can explain exactly what was going on. They showed me what to look for with my redwood tree so I could keep it healthy. I probably won?t call anyone else for tree service because I feel like I am getting value for my dollar.

We had four companies (all from Angie's list) give us estimates. Traverso had a very professional scheduler and arborist/estimator who gave me suggestions on how to minimize the work required on our property. He also gave us the most competitive price. Their crew arrived on time and were efficiently. They did exactly what we agreed to. We had a very steep hill and Traverso was perhaps the only company that confidently handled the grinding of tree stumps on such a severe incline. They had a full range of stump grinders - mini, small, medium, and large. Other companies told me flat out that they could not do it or they were worried about how to do it. I have recommended this company to friend in our neighborhood. I plan to use them again. They did an outstanding job from beginning to end.

Overall the job went well done and I was impressed with their workmanship.

We had two large trees in our yard that we felt were at risk of falling. We called Traverso and they sent an arborist out to give us an evaluation and estimate. The cost estimate was very reasonable. The first tree couldn't wait to be removed and fell over in high winds only days before the scheduled removal. We call Traverso and asked if they could come early to clear the fallen tree from our neighbors yard. Traverso rearranged their schedule to accommodate us and had a crew here and cleared away the tree in a matter of a few hours. They returned the next week to remove the second tree. In each instance the Traverso crew were extremely professional, even to the point of ensuring the plants and trees around the removed trees were unharmed. They cleaned and cleared all remains of each tree. The final invoice was exactly as estimated. I will be referring Traverso to anyone who is looking for a tree service!

Excellant company to work with. The estimate was very fair compared so some other ones i got, the crew on the day of service showed up on time. The crew removed all dead branches, timmed out and removed branches that were touching the houses and shapped/thinned out the tree. The crew was very polite and considerate, after they cleaned up you wouldn't have know they had even been there. they removed all cutting s from my neighbors roof and yard along with my property and swept up up both of our area. The end product is now a beautiful tree which alot of my neighbors have been commenting on. Also the front office crew had been very helpful with any questions or requests. Would definity recommend and use them in the future.

He came today to give me a bid for some more tree trimming work. They are really good and things had turned out great the first time they did work for me. He showed up when he said he would and did a nice job of listening to what I wanted them to do. He took some time to put the quote together and reviewed it with me. He also let me know how they would schedule their work.

We called five companies from Angie's list based on the ratings and reports from previous customers. All but one got back to us to arrange for an estimate. Only three actually provided estimates. Of those, the company we chose was Traverso because they and one other company seemed most competent. The job turned out fantastic! No damage to anything, no mess or debris left and both we and the neighbors are happy with the work. We were a bit concerned that we didn't make it home when we knew they were going to do the work but no reason for concern. Traverso did the entire job without us and everything was as agreed to in advance. THAT is not "business as usual" these days! About a week alter, they called to ask if everything was as requested and then to let us know they would send an invoice. Billing paid was also as agreed to in advance.

Obtaining information and scheduling over the phone for the quote and subsequent service was a snap. Those answering were very cordial. A huge volume of foliage was removed and all the debris was cleaned up. The tree now looks far better than what seemed possible. These guys were real artists.

The workers at Traverso were well informed. They were fairly quick with the job. They were very punctual and professional. I would used them again.

He did a great job. The work was done while I was at work and they cleaned up all the mess. They were very professional and had given me a quote before the work started.

They were right on time. They were very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. He answered question. His estimate was higher than the other company.

Great service from start to finish, the estimator came out when he said he would, gave a detailed estimate on the spot. They came back within the week to do the work, did it quickly and cleaned up after themselves. When one of the trees needed some extra trimming (because it was all tangled into the dead one next to it), they did it without extra charge. Great work!

They only send out licensed arborist who really understands the life of a tree. They are professional, friendly and easy to work with. They may not be cheap but the quality is worth the price.

They had very good clean up. They hauled away everything after it was trimmed.

We have used this company at least twice before. They gave us an estimate and then scheduled the work. The workers arrived promptly the day the services were performed. There were four workers who worked together beautifully. I enjoyed watching the teamwork between them. Everything was cleaned up and all debris was hauled away. I would not hesitate to refer others to Traverso Tree, and we will be using them again in the future. It is a company with which it is a pleasure to deal.

They missed one of the shrubs. The directions from the boss were incorrect, so the crew had to come back to do the shrub. Other than that they did a good job. They cleaned up everything well and they seem to have a reasonable price.

The estimator showed up on time and quickly summarized the work and provided the estimate. I was able to schedule the work a week later. The workers showed up on time, they quickly got to work and the entire job was performed within an hour and a half at the estimated price. I'd hire them again in a minute!

He is very knowledgeable & does an excellent job on the trees. He shapes & prunes the trees. I think his prices are good. He is professional & very honest. I use him a lot & would highly recommend him.

THE COMPANY ARRIVES AS SCHEDULED, AND HAS THE PROPER EQUIPMENT TO PERFORM THE WORK. THE CREW IS CAREFUL WITH SURROUNDING YARD AREA, AND ALWAYS LEAVES IT COMPLETELY CLEANED UP. THE ESTIMATOR IS CAREFUL TO SUGGEST WHAT IS READY TO TRIM AS WELL AS WHAT TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER SEASON WITH.

COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY CAME RECOMMENDED BY OUR NEIGHBOR WHO IS IN THE LANDSCAPE BUSINESS AND USES THEM FOR ANY REMOVAL IN HIS OWN YARD. THEY PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK AFTER WALKING THE PROPERTY WITH US. WHEN THE CREW ARRIVED THEY AGAIN WALKED THE PROPERTY TO CONFIRM WITH US WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE BEFORE STARTING. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK PERFORMED. THE CREW WAS POLITE AND DID A GREAT CLEAN-UP JOB. ADDITIONAL LIMBS WERE REMOVED UPON REQUEST.
