Very professional job. When grinding the stumps they took great care to keep flying wood chips off of my patio.

I submitted the project through snapfix. The estimator came out at the scheduled time and was super friendly. He gave me a couple options to either trim the tree for $800 or remove the tree for $1100. He said I would probably be two years before the tree would grow back to where it was and causing our issue again. After thinking about the ongoing issue of the tree growth and covering a public street light we decided to remove it. They scheduled me on the spot and came out a couple weeks later to remove the tree. The guys showed up and were extremely professional, friendly, and immediately got to work. It only took a couple of hours to remove the tree. They ground the stump and asked if I wanted to keep the mulch for landscaping purposes, which is exactly what I did with it. I have another tree that needs some trimming after all this early spring weather and I will be calling them again.

Estimator gave suggestions on how to care for trees.. Estimator was on time. took time to explain. Two workers arrived on the day of work. they were on time. Job foreman talked through all the trees and I explained what I wanted. He specifically pointed out how far back he planned to cut. They got after the work and did exactly what I wanted. Cleaned everything up.

We needed to reschedule a few times, and they were extremely accommodating and responsive. Totally satisfied with the estimate, it seemed reasonable and thorough, and they provided some extra tips on a few other trees in the yard. Unfortunately, due to travel distance it was out of our budget (they're in Martinez; we're in Alameda). Otherwise I would definitely hire them. :)

lThe fellow who did the estimate--I can't remember his name right now. I've had a lot of work done this summer--really knew his stuff. He advised me about how to maximize my trees' health and set about organizing the work himself. His crew was on time, extremely efficient and very professional.The trees are trimmed and only sawdust remains where the orange tree used to stand. They are going to be my tree service for the foreseeable future. They aren't the cheapest company, but I really wanted trained arborists to ensure the work was done properly, since it's been several years since any proper trimming was done.

I was very pleased with this company from first contact to finished product. I had two other bids that were higher, and went with the good recommendations on this site and chose Traverso. They did a very nice job, and cleaned up well. I will call them when my three needs to be trimmed again.

We have always been very pleased with Traverso. They are true professionals. They give good estimates, don't try to oversell, do the work on time and to specifications, and clean up. Nice people to deal with.

I always use them to take down trees or prune them. I call them once a year to come out for something. They are timely and come when they say they will come. It does take a long time to schedule an appointment so I have to schedule far in advance. Apparently they are a busy company. They did a good job and I have no complaints. They are fairly expensive.

They are wonderful. I have been using them for many years probably 6-7 years and they are very good. They trimmed some trees but they are little expensive, but it was neighbor’s trees and she kind of insisted that we use them. They have always done a good job and they are very nice and professional people. The price was more than I really should spend but I had to have the tree trimmed because of the neighbors and they would argue if we didn’t do it. They were very good people.

They've done a little work for us but it didn't take very long and they did a good job. It was very reasonably priced. They were also pretty punctual.

The estimator was on time, very courteous, and wrote up the estimate on the spot. We were done within 15 minutes. The price is competitive, and I plan to use them soon.

When I initially contacted Traverso, they took about 1 week to get back to me. The gentleman that came out and gave us the estimate was very thorough. He said it was going to be a few months before they could come out. He said they were very busy and that 1/15/14 was their first available appointment. They came out and removed the tree, ground the stump and took out a few roots. They trimmed all of the trees around our house (front and back). We had to have them come out again on 1/18/14 to get several roots that they missed. They actually said they didn't get those roots because they didn't want to tear up our lawn. They did a good job getting the rest of the roots.

Traverso was responsive in quickly removing a tree limb that broke over the windy weekend. The limb was hovering over our sidewalk and driveway, so we were very concerned about safety. They scheduled a quick appointment, took care of the limb and gave us suggestions about other trees in our yard.

From the first inquiry phone call to the site visit to the guys arriving and doing the work, everything was smooth and professional. Everyone was on time and pleasant. The tree crew was efficient, organized, and did a great job and clean up. They arrived with multiple trucks and all that they needed to do it fast and right. We are used to people sealing prunes and cuts in Texas because of Oak Wilt and other problems and they do not do that here apparently. We are very pleased and truly appreciate the professionalism of the outfit, from office to crew. Make sure that even with an outfit as great as this one you really think through your goals and communicate very clearly because once they start, those branches and tress are cut fast.

great! Scott is very professional and really knows his stuff. the quote was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive.

The crew did a remarkable job. They first removed the branches from the pine, then the trunk one small section at a time. No damage to the house. They made a nice pile of wood chips for me with the branches and took the trunk pieces away. They did a good job of cleaning up.

We had two people come out and they were a $100 of each other, so I think their quote was okay. They were very nice. Everything was fine, it's just we don't have enough money to do it right now.

Everything went great. The pine tree was removed, and the oak and maple were trimmed by a team of two very efficient workmen. The stump was ground a few days later as planned. It looks great.

estimate for tree trimming. good price, on time ect. Estimator didnt really have anything to say or offer any suggestions. Didnt really sell me on there work.

The elm looks fantastic, the stumps were ground all the way down and they left the place clean. They are definitely not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny. Great job.
