+ -1 moreWE HAD PURCHASED A SIMILAR UNIT FROM SPA & STOVE EXPO SOME YEARS AGO FOR OUR OLD HOUSE AND HAD A FEW PROBLEMS WITH THE INSTALLATION. THEY ASSURED US THIS TIME WOULD BE BETTER. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE ARE STILL SOME UNRESOLVED ISSUES WITH THE INSTALLATION. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A TRIM KIT TO BE INSTALLED.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED A FIREPLACE GAS INSERT FROM SPA & STOVE EXPO 8/29/05 TO REPLACE A SIMPLE GAS LOG THAT CAME WITH OUR NEW HOME. SPA AND STOVE EXPO BEGAN THE INSTALLATION OF THE UNIT ON 9/12/05.
