WE HAD PURCHASED A SIMILAR UNIT FROM SPA & STOVE EXPO SOME YEARS AGO FOR OUR OLD HOUSE AND HAD A FEW PROBLEMS WITH THE INSTALLATION. THEY ASSURED US THIS TIME WOULD BE BETTER. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE ARE STILL SOME UNRESOLVED ISSUES WITH THE INSTALLATION. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A TRIM KIT TO BE INSTALLED.
