Signature Carpet Care

Had an appointment for between 11-12 pm today. It was after 12 before they called to say they would be late. When they arrived at 12:45 service person was VERY pushy telling me that my 8 month old carpet needed to be deep cleaned and they wouldn't do the job unless I bought $140 worth of service. He was very rude and insisted the whole house needed to be done, not just the two rooms. Explained I wanted to see a sample of their work before I did the whole house. He became so rude I asked him to leave. Called dispatcher and he sent them back to do the two rooms and same person returned huffing and puffing, slaming things, OBVIOUSLY unhappy that he had to return. He was rude to myself and my daughter. This person acted like a spoiled 3 year old who was told no. He was the worst most rude service person I've ever done business with. Nedless to say they also did a terrible job because they were forced to return. This is a bait and switch company. They send out coupons so they can get this pushy salesperson in your home to jack the price up.
