Exceptionally well. Nak was prompt and available onsite for a quote, and talked me through all options, including tankless. He took the time to go over total costs of tankless vs traditional plus all other pros and cons. He was able to replace the existing water heater in a timely basis before it failed.

John was able to visit the same day to evaluate the problem and discuss the options. It was a very old garbage disposal that had rusted and the seal was not working. After some discussion, we agreed that he would remove our old garbage disposal, and find and install a new one. He called his wife to ask her to pick up the new one and drop it off at the house. While she did that, he got the old one out, and as soon as the new one arrived he installed it. The whole thing took about 2 hours. The price with parts & labor was completely fair and he was a pleasant, kind person. I would call them again.

I had do some work in the down stairs bathroom. He was very reasonable.

He provided an estimate and amount of time to perform the work. The work was completed under the estimated amount of time and the results were better than expected as there is now no evidence of the hole that had to be dug to fix the problems.
My only let down since is that the grass where the leak was isn't as green as it was prior to the leaks being repaired.

Clean, professional and thorough. This is the fourth time Nak has fixed problems at my home and I am extremely satisfied with their service.

John and David responded in a very timely manner to my call for help with the downstairs bathroom, fitting me in on the day I called. They made an emergency repair. We were unable to do the complete repair needed and recommended by John because our master bathroom was being totally redone due to damage caused by a different plumbing company I had called in January 2011 for work I needed done at night. At the time I did not think Nak would come at night and the work was minor in scope, connecting two pipes and cleaning the bathtub drain. Because of my negative experience with the other company I asked John if Nak would install the new toilet, new vanity and new shower/tub hardware when the other company was done installing the tub and tile that company was replacing due to the damage that company had done.
I worked with Dawn (in the Nak office) to get the faucets etc. that I wanted. Dawn helped me research and locate the polished brass finish I like. John advised me about different types of toilets and I went with his recommendation after he explained how it would best meet my needs.
John and David had to work around the work schedule of the other company. They (Nak) were ready and willing to do installations in a timely manner but the other company delayed the completion of the project for a couple months by coming late, leaving early, not showing up at all etc. David had to work in the crawl space above the ceiling to install the fan. He had to go the length of the house because the access was at the opposite end of the house from the bathroom where the ceiling fan was being installed.

We have been VERY happy with the 2008 work and the new work is great also. We will be calling Nak for whatever work we need in the plumbing area. We have discussed having Nak do someremodeling work in the future when our budget allows.

John, David and Dawn are professional, friendly and great to work with, we trust them in our home and have recommended them to other people.

It took a couple days for John to call me back and he apologized for having misplaced my message. It wasn't an emergency, so it wasn't a big problem. When he called back, they were very professional and got right to it. After crawling around and looking at my pipes, they gave me several options about the extent of the possible repairs, and then gave me quotes. It ranged from redoing the whole drain line, which I could see was not done right 20 years ago under a different owner, to simply replacing the small section of split pipe. I chose the cheapest repair. It took them a little over two hours to do the work, since there was so much garbage in the line that they had to run the snake to make it flow right. They still came in at their estimate. I would definitely use them again. And they are good guys.

He was good. He left me the product that I paid for that kept the drains clear. He was young and polite. He lived in an area that I knew.

I have referred Nak to several friends and he has always been helpful. One friend lived in Rossmoor and Nak consulted on the phone about a problem and told her how to contact her HOA who provided plumbing repair services without extra charge.

Excellent. John Cooper did the work. Professional. Our kitchen has some challenges with poorly installed tile, nonstandard sink and faucet and he worked around it. A little pricey in my opinion, but it was not a straight forward job for a homeowner and we are very satisfied.

He arrived on time to do the work asked of him. I would use him in the future. He was professional while he worked. The quality of his work was good. I would recommend him.

They installed the toilet, patched the carpet around the front edge of the toilet, and we paid $803 with a $30 off coupon from the ATand T Yellow Pages. They also gave us information about a $150 EBMUD rebate program. They were clean, neat, and efficient. While we paid a lot more than we expected (a new toilet vs snaking out the drain pipe), we are very satisfied with their service.

Mr. Nakagaki is polite, professional, explains what he will do, along with any potential difficulties involved, and is very reliable. He doesn't have a senior discount, but gave us the coupon discount from the Valley Yellow pages, even though we didn't have it. This is the third time we have used his services. He also put in an extra gas line and hooked up a new gas range for us in 2004, which took all day and well into the evening. He stayed until the job was done and was very professional.
