Door Service
Everything was done on the phone. I told them what I wanted. They delivered slabs, not doors. I told the installer that they were terrible and he said you're right. I called them and said that I had never seen a catalog but they were be the same as the other doors in the house. We found one door that wasn't the same but similar. They are terrible. I got a slab and a door for a lot of money.

Since they never sent me a catalog I told them exactly what I wanted. When the doors arrive they were literally slabs. I said this to the installer who agreed with me. I paid for both doors and ordered a new one which I paid for. When the new door arrived I requested they take one of them back which they refused to do so. I had to demand that they take it back. They were incompetent and did poor work. They were difficult to communicate with and failed to return my phone calls. Unprofessional.
