I'm a sole proprietor that does the work on each job from start to finish. No employees & depending on the job only 1 or 2 sub contractors. Estimates are free in general detail. Detailed proposals are written up when job is accepted. I draw up the plans for permit applications on all remodels. My work has been in the bay area, mainly the east & north bay.
