LORI J ORTIZ WOOD FLOORS

I found Lori through a handyman we work with. She is a delightful, skillful, professional lady who came out and gave me an estimate and some options. We made an appointment for several months out (she's a busy lady!) and in the meantime, she came to my house once more to make sure the floor could be sanded because there was an issue around that. She came on the expected date; we had emailed several times before then and she had answered all questions. She performed the work (which required me to hire a mover to move everything out of the bedroom and put it all back a week later). Lori's work was better than I could have expected; she was a delight to work with, fun and happy and very skilled. She came in under her estimate and I would hire her and recommend her to ANYONE who needs hardwood floor work.
