I just had three small projects done by Kenney Construction and I could not be happier. He was prompt, completed my projects within the estimated time as outlined in my contract and was very professional. I would highly recommend him and I intend to hire him again for other projects.

Dave and his son arrived on time (a bit early, which was fine). They assessed the work to be done and got right on it. Everything was completed within the initial 2 hour time quote. Highly recommend and I will be using Dave again.

I was very pleased with the results and the service. Both Dave Kenney and his son were very dependable, always showed up when they said they would be there. The only thing I needed to do was pick out the tile and Dave took care of everything else. Would highly recommend Kenney Construction.

Kenney Construction was a life saver! We needed our store boarded up (large store) and Kenney Construction was quick, efficient, professional and put a well constructed protective wall up for my store! Thank you so much to him and his crew! Would definitely hire again!! 5 stars!

It was great. He did an awesome job and I've been using him for 10 years.

Went well, except for his temper tantrums. He corrected something that needed to be corrected that I wasn't satisfied with, but he pitched a fit about it. However, he did do a great job.

Very well! I found both Mr Kenney and his son, very professional and well skilled. I really appreciated thier design skills when replacing a partial wall with new tile - the current tile was not made anymore. I would definitely hire them again.

I highly recommend Dave Kenney and his son Alon. They did fabulous work on my bathroom remodel. The tile work turned out so much better than I envisioned. I choose Dave based on his reviews both on Angie's list and his personal web site along with the fact he and his son do all the work. They do not sub contract out anything. I felt they were trustworthy and gave them the key to my house. I posted pictures on Facebook throughout the remodel at the end I had several friends wanting to know who I used. You will be exceptionally pleased with work done by Dave and Alon.

He was very nice, fair, extremely responsive and knew what he was doing. We had no issues with him, however when we changed the scope of the project and it was no longer the small renovation we had originally planned, we decided to go another direction.

Kenny Construction was outstanding. They arrived on time every day and completed the remodel within the time frame stated. Price was as quoted. The owner of the company was at the job site every day and discussed all details of construction to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

Kenney Construction did a great job in every way. They were thorough, quick, careful, clean, and very nice to work with. We hired them for drywall repair and painting in our living room and dining room, where we had some very large cracks. They did a great job fixing the walls, which included the installation of plywood between the studs for more stability, then new drywall and texturing, and painting. They also moved our furniture back into position as it was before they started the drywall repairs, remounted the window blinds, and paid attention to detail throughout. Midway through the project we asked if they could also remove a dilapidated wooden trellis from our back patio, and they managed to fit it in right after they finished the drywall repair work. I highly recommend Kenney Construction.

We were very happy with the results of our bathroom remodel. Mr. Kenney and his son were very professional in all aspects of the project from the estimate to all of the finishing details including, demolition, plumbing, electrical work, flooring, tiling, window installation, and painting. There were no hidden costs and they kept us well informed as the project progressed. We would recommend their services to all.

The job was done expeditiously , very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Dave and Alan arrived at the time they said, they did the work in a meticulous and comprehensive manner, and they cleaned up well after the project.  The work was done quickly as possible considering the weather we had.  Dave and Alan provide recommendations and fixes to problems and questions that occurred during the work.  The price for the job was very competitive.

Dave and his son Alon were great.  They gave a fair price when we took bids and did not exceed that amount.  They were always on time, cleaned up great each day, and accommodated our specific needs while we were living in the house during the project.  Both are really nice guys and easy to talk to and work with.  Dave has a ton of experience and his knowledge and scope of the work was great.  The end product was high quality and looks great!!!  We plan to work with them again in the future.

We selected Kenney Constructions to remodel or master bathroom. Kenney Constriction was very competitive with others that we asked bids from. The one thing that David Kenney brought that I felt other didn?t was that he and his son Allen were the ones going to be doing the job and not sub contracting any of it. Having him (the owner and the boss) on the job everyday was a plus.

We did a lot of research to get ideas on what we wanted to do with the bathroom floor plan we had to work with. After discussing this with David he had some suggestions but left it up to us whatever we wanted. We liked most of his ideas and decided to go with it and we?re glad we did.

We were thinking about a pony wall and he suggested taking the whole wall out. We were thinking about having the shower just gets tiled and he suggested extending it if we could afford to lose a foot from the closet next to it (glad we said yes). We wanted to keep the closet at the regular height and he suggested that we take it all the way up to the ceiling. We said yes to all and it all came together better than our vision.

 David made it easy for us. He provided us a list of recommend vendors he uses or has used in the past that provided shower doors, vanity, doors, tile, etc. It was up to us if we wanted to use them or spend a lot of time researching or going to all these different stores. We did use few of them for our tile, pocket door, tall closet door and shower door.

It was great working with both David and Allen. They were clean, on time and very helpful. Material used was top of the line. I will use them again. They made it a point that no job is too big or too small for them. We have some small projects coming up soon that we feel it would be better suited for Kenney Constructions. We will also use them on our next big project.

Dave and Alan have again done and outstanding job!  They arrive on time, are professional, solve problems with ease and clean up so you never know they were there.  My front doors were not an easy fit but Dave found a solution. When the job was complete I couldn't believe the quality of the work and the fine finishing touches.  They always go the extra mile to make sure everything fits, matches, level~ I could go on.  I highly recommend Kenney Construction and will use their services many more times as my 40 year old home needs work.
