I told him over the phone the model number was not visible. But he said he would come to my home and look at the unit and see what he could do. He couldn't find the model number so he couldn't get parts or determine if any parts were available. If I had known that, I would not have had him look at my appliance.
He charged a $65 service call fee and $10 labor fee.
