 + -1 moreI left a message and he returned my call a couple hours later. When we finally connected, he was able to come out within 15 minutes. He screened my problem over the phone. My appliance was present when I purchased my home and the model number was not visible. I told him over the phone the model number was not visible. But he said he would come to my home and look at the unit and see what he could do. He couldn't find the model number so he couldn't get parts or determine if any parts were available. If I had known that, I would not have had him look at my appliance. He charged a $65 service call fee and $10 labor fee.
