HAMMER'S HEATING & AIR COND

My furnace fan was running non-stop so I called Mike who I have used before for AC services. Though he was busy, Mike came over ASAP as he was concerned that I would be without heating during the winter. He explained that my 30+year old furnace needed to be replaced but was willing to try and fix it as I was concerned about the cost of replacement. I knew I needed to bite the bullet and just replace it so we talked about 2 types of furnaces. Mike spent a long time explaining the pros and cons of both and then sent me an estimate that night. He promptly replied to my numerous questions that I emailed him with, despite the fact that it was later in the evening. We scheduled an appointment for a few days later and, as usual, Mike was there promptly at the agreed upon time. The furnace was replaced and his work area was spotless. He even offered to paint around the area where the new thermostat was as it was smaller than the old one. Mike is honest, thorough and hard working. As a woman, I sometimes worry that I am being taken advantage of with things that I know nothing about. That is never the case with Mike. I trust him implicitly and know that I am getting high quality, honest labor. Mike came out one hot summer day when I called about my AC that had stopped working. I had apparently not placed the cover back properly when I replaced the filter. Mike fixed, it showed me what to look for in the future, and refused to let me pay him for the service call. A true gentleman and someone I would recommend to anyone.
