We've used Ernie's Plumbing & Sewer Services a couple of times. We called Ernie's in the morning and they came over and they replaced the water heater.  They had one in their warehouse or in their office and they replaced it for $2000. They've done a lot of work for us, they've always been. I mean, they're not always the cheapest. But on this one, I was just really impressed with them. It was good. We've done work at our house and it isn't always as positive as that but I mean, over-all, they've always been responsive. Just sometimes, they're multi-expensive for me but this one, I was really pleased. Absolutely, yes, I would consider using this provider again.

Excellent. Quick,clean and very nice to work with.

Ernie's did a great job on this, and with numerous previous jobs we have used them for.  They have always come in the two-hour window as scheduled, and do a fine job.  On this latest job, one of the new valves they installed had a leak, so they went and got another one, which added considerable time to the job, but they did not charge me for the additional time.  We have used Ernie's in our present home and our previous home, probably for eight to ten plumbing jobs over the years, and they've always done a great job.  They are prompt, professional, and explain what they're doing.  I would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional coordination and communication.

Our services went well. The overall issue with plumbing of course is they cannot know the extent of the problem until they get into it. The teams that came out were polite, made sure they did not make a mess of the house and always professional. They kept me informed of their progress and any additional charges.

A guy came in and worked on it, keep doing it for like one or two hours, nothing. Then another guy shows up they wind up, after four hours they said, it's going to cost me $3000 for the job to be done. They said they have to break the concrete all the way to the sewage system and replace all of that and I said we'll think about it. And they charge me just for coming to the house for doing that. The neighbor across the street came in with a little piece like you can get at Ace Hardware, and he put it in my garden hose and he shoved the hose down in there like a plusher and he blew it out in twenty minutes. These guys are crooks, they are crooks and they are taking advantage of a whole bunch of people.

We had a big mess on our hands when our sewer line got clogged up last week. After trying to unclog the mess ourselves, we called Ernie's Plumbing based on a recommendation from our neighbor. They came out that same day and cleaned out the sewer line (lots of tree roots were blocking it). Josh was courteous, answered all our questions and completed the job in under an hour.
