Auto Detailing Service
My car smelled bad after they detailed my car, and they missed under the hood, also around the hatchback. They emptied my glovebox and kept the material (incl. car registration and manual) and did not tell me. Made repeated attempts in order to recover material (car registration). I still have to go over there tomorrow and get it. The person on the phone was irritated when I asked why he still had it and didn't FedEx it. I have been without two critical pieces of information my proof of insurance and car registration.
