Dave is extremely talented and only performs high quality work albeit over a period of time. This was Ok for me and did not distract from the overall jobs that were performed. Dave only charged me for installation of the new heat lamp/exhaust units in each bathroom. I gave him addtional monies for all the other projects he completed. Dave is extremely fair when it comes to costs. All the other estimates I had were upto 4X as much. It is rare to find such and honest blue collar worker in this day and age. I would hightly recommend Tomaso Electric to anyone.-
