OUR TENANTS REPORTED A SLOW LEAK FROM THE TOILET CONNECTION TO THE WALL. DAVE RESPONDED ON OUR AGREED DATE AND TIME AND ACTUALLY REPLACED THE ANGLE STOP JUST INSIDE THE WALL. WE HAD USED HIS SERVICES PREVIOUSLY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF LEAKY FAUCETS AND 2 LOW FLOW TOILETS. HE IS OUR GO TO MAN FOR ALL PLUMBING NEEDS/
