I highly recommend Marina Plumbing and Heating. They make real appointments (not 4-hour windows) and show up on time. They are knowledgeable, take the time to understand the issues, and present and discuss a range of options with varying price-points, and results. I received estimates from 5 different companies before selecting one to replace our furnace and install new air filtration. The estimate from Marina Plumbing and Heating was very competitive. Although they were not the cheapest, they were much more professional and easy to work with than the cheaper bids. Marina Pand H also included the cost of required building permits in the estimate, which the cheaper estimates were not including. This is the second project I've had this company work on and in both cases I have been very happy with the results.

Wonderful company. They are very personable, knowledgeable, profficient and very good with working with a budget. I cannot say enough good things about them! I would highly recommend them.

There really isn't much to say about the drain cleaning other than I had a clog, I called them, they came when they said they would and now I don't have a clog. Can't ask for more than that. I also had a complete shower enclosure installed and the job was top notch. No cutting corners here. Rest assured the job will be done right the first time. I was really impressed with the quality of work. Lastly, I had a water heater relocated from the house to the garage. Once again, everything was expertly installed. Very impressive work and they left the job cleaner than when they arrived. You will not be disappointed.

Our phone contacts (with owner and his wife, I think) were very pleasant. I think they scheduled us for an appointment the very next day, with James, their master plumber/heating man.
James arrived very promptly and was business-like and professional. He worked very efficiently and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. We had purchased the faucets, filter, draining device, and grab bars he installed. Their policy is to guarantee their work but not the materials if the customer buys them. He found one sink to be on the verge of collapse, and we waited until we had purchased a new sink before he installed that sink and the new faucet. Each time he came they charged us and quot;plentyand quot; for the time it took from their office to our house (it seemed to us that could have been a smaller charge).
He was very agile and adept at getting up into our little attic space to examine and remove our old fans. A little bit of insulation was trailed through the house, but not a big problem. He explained to us the purpose of the outdoor pipes and the reason that some need replacing. We are looking forward to completing the work when our budget has recovered from the first repairs.

We were very satisfied with them and the owner was very thorough. I thought his prices were reasonable, he did what we asked him to do and he alerted us to some other work that we might need to do in the future. I will use him again in the future.
