THE GOOD GUYS PERFORMED THE 'WARRANTY' WORK ON MY SYSTEM WITHOUT HESITATION. THE PERSONNEL AT THE GOOD GUYS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY OFFERED TO LET ME PURCHASE A NEW SYSTEM TO USE WHILE MY RECEIVER WAS IN THE SHOP FOR REPAIR, WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THEY WOULD ALLOW ME TO RETURN THE UNIT ONCE MY OWN WAS REPAIRED. I TURNED THE OFFER DOWN, BECAUSE THE WORK WAS SUPPOSED TO BE COMPLETED IN ABOUT 10 DAYS. THE WORK TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED, HOWEVER AND WAS A VERY LONG WAIT, OVER A MONTH.
