They installed a whole-house audio system in our 2-story house as well as 5.1 AV system in our living room. The majority of the installation at our place was running speaker and control wires all over the house- this is necessarily a difficult and messy business, but Paul and crew did a great job of patching up and you'd never know several hundred feet of wiring was added in the walls and ceilings. They will also help you pick out the right equipment- if you don't know what you want, I'd trust Paul to pick out good quality stuff that is not overpriced.? In my case, we started with Paul's recommendations, and then I bumped up some of the equipment to the next better model to get a couple extra features. Once they got underway, the crew was diligent and they powered through all the problems (routing cables through the ceiling and walls) without complaint. Paul then programmed the universal remote (a nice low-cost quality radio remote, not one of those ridiculous $1000 gizmos) to make it easy to switch between our Tivo, PS3, XBox, radio, etc. I would definitely hire Sterling again.
