Stephan Adam is grossly incompetent, irresponsible and unprofessional. He had aggressively pushed his way through each job before completing any single part of it, creating chaos. Considerable damage was done, which he had promised to fix but had instead disappeared with a large cash payment, which he insists upon before beginning work. His initial charm is a fooler, but he is disingenuous. Professionals were called to restore the hardwood floors and other serious damage he had caused. The door was not hung square; the concrete turned to sand; the sprinkler valve leaks. Beware.
