Prestige Coach Craft did a fantastic job repairing my 2002 Highlander right-side damage. They exceeded my expectations with their commitment to quality work. I am so impressed. You would never know a collision had ever occurred. They kept me well informed via email as the repair process went on. As part of the bodywork for the damaged right front area, Tony said they would be replacing the Right Front Headlight assembly. I knew the new asm would be crisp clear plastic so I asked them if I could pay to have them also replace the Left Front headlight asm at my expense so they would both look the same. They did and they even gave me a price break on that. After all the repairs, the front and right side of the car looks like new. (see attached photo) Also, I appreciated AAA approving me to fix the car even though it just turned 20 years old and I am grateful that Prestige was my advocate in helping them reach that decision. I love that Highlander. My 2002 Highlander is a better vehicle than the new models and I take good care of it.
