I called Cody in the morning to unclog our kitchen sink and he texted that he could come in the early afternoon. Cody kept in touch by text and arrived as promised. Not only did he unclog the kitchen sink, but in checking the other sinks and shower, he found a clog in the upstairs bathroom sink, which he cleared. Also, our patio faucet was leaking. He switched out old parts for new and we're good to go. Cody has a thriving business from referrals so he's always busy, but still very responsive and does a great job. We highly recommend him.

I bought a new house and found out afterwards that my car would not fit in the garage because of the location of the washer and dryer. I had already talked to two other people about my predicament (contractor and handyman) and both of them told me that the only way I could get my car to fit would to move my washer and dryer into a position that would require me to completely remove the utility sink from the garage.
When Cody came out to look at the job he came up with a plan that allowed me to keep my sink without compromising the accessibility of the washer and dryer even while my car is parked in the garage. On top of that, his bid was lower than the previous two bids I had received.
When Cody showed up a couple of days later to do the job. He was on time and his work was exceptional.
