Petra's Custom Home Services

Didn't actually hire her, but will contact her in the future if I need painting services.

I was referred to Petra's Custom Home Service by a friend. She came by and gave me a free estimate and a few suggestions on my project.
She worked on sets for the major studios for 10 years. Her specialty is painting inside houses and some outside work.
She's also done quite a bit of landscaping work for me like pruning, planting trees, bushes and plants, all the way to mowing the lawn, sweeping and cleaning up the houses, both outside and in.
She did such careful work that I now have her come by and clean both of my houses when she's available.
She charges by the hour. I've never seen her work at anything less than full throttle. She has guys from the studios she's known who can come in and do Electrical, Plumbing, Major construction, etc.
Just tell her what you need and if she doesn't do it herself, she'll supervise them. 310-261-2377
