On the recommendation of neighbors on the Nextdoor website, I called Borite because they were said to use less toxic chemicals for pest control and I had a problem with spiders and ants in my house. The office was very helpful, an appointment was scheduled very quickly and Lance, who did the work, was very professional, personable, and took the time to explain what he was going to do and answer any questions I had. He treated both the inside and outside of the house for spiders and explained why it was best to address the ant problem a month later, He scheduled the appointment for that and returned to treat for the ants at no additional charge. I haven't been seeing either insects since his treatments. I have contracted to use their service on a regular schedule to prevent any further infestation as I was very pleased with my experience with this company.

This was my yearly eye exam. I returned to Dr. Nishida after spending some years with another eye doctor who is retiring. I am seeing much better with my new contacts after visiting Dr. Nishida. He is located in the Marina Del Ray Costco so nothing fancy. But the office is clean and convenient and I can do my shopping and have my eye exam at the same location. He does a great job and I feel like he cares about his patients.

He was great. My glasses were fabricated and did not feel quite right. I went back to have them checked out. He redid my exam and examined the lenses as well on his diagnostic equipment and discovered a flaw in one of the lenses. I found it incredibly helpful and he charged me nothing for the follow up visit. Dr. Nishida is very thorough, very careful, and really inspires confidence.

Well, when you first pass his office while shopping at Costco, you are skeptical about the level of service. My wife, who shops there frequently, was drawn to the wide selection of eyewear next to Dr. Nishida's office and decided to make an eye exam appointment. She was impressed with his service and cost (compared to her current OD at the time) and made the switch. We have both been loyal clients ever since (except the Vision in-network OD we tried unsuccessfully). Although we both now buy our eyeglasses from a boutique eyewear store, we always get our annual exams and prescriptions from Dr. Nishida. Highly recommend!!

I need a fairly strong contact prescription, so there are never trial pairs available in any doctor's office. My previous eye doctor got my prescription wrong two out of the last three years, and of course I don't know it's wrong until I order a whole box and then discover I can't see. The doctor I saw at Dr Nishida's office ordered several trial pairs for me to make sure she got the prescription right, and after trying them out for a couple of weeks I knew she had the right prescription before I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of contacts. I appreciate that level of care and I will definitely use this office again. Convenient location too.

Doctor was very professional. He was very knowledgeable, very thorough in examinations.

I love that I didn't have to wait for more than 2-3 minutes. They're a very small office and so very punctual and efficient. Dr. Nishida is very thorough.

My experiences with Dr. Nishida have all been very positive. His office is located inside of the Costco in Marina del Rey and therefore you do have to schedule appointments 2-3 weeks ahead of time. He spends a good amount of time with each patient. I have never felt rushed and always leave with all of my questions and concerns addressed. Following an eye exam, you are given a prescription (for contacts, glasses or both)which you can either fill right at the Costco dispensary in the store or elsewhere (we usually fill ours online). His fees for exams are very reasonable- the best I know of-and I always feel the quality is very high.

IT WAS A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AND IT WAS LOCATED INSIDE OF COSTCO SO IT WAS CONVENIENT. ALSO THE PRICE OF CONTACT LENSES AT COSTCO ARE VERY REASONABLE.
