I like that they did a good job and they were all pleasant.  I think that their price is high, but they are worth it.

I found them on Angie's List. I have used them regularly for 3 years. They are trustworthy and cheerful. It is not uncomfortable or weird to have them in my home. Yolanda does a fantastic job. I would tell others you would enjoy their services and they do a great job.

I've been using this company for several years. They work quickly, thoroughly and are always pleasant. They bring all their own supplies including a vacumn. I am not on a regular schedule but they will always accomodate me, even if it means coming late. They will always go the extra mile if I have extra needs, like windows or sweeping up balconies, although I try to notify them of extras when I schedule so they can allow the time. Everything is moved and cleaned, not just dusted around and my house always smells clean and fresh when they leave. They are completely trustworthy with whatever I might leave lying around. I have a three story residence, and there is never a complaint about carrying down loads of laundry or trash. I have found them to be well worth the price and they are always honest about the time they bill for.

Just Like Magic Maid Service has flaked out on me to clean my home. They came twice, but then decided to stop cleaning my home. He said he could only come out 1 day a week, although I prefer someone to come to my home 3 times a week. After 2 cleanings, they have decided not to service my home. The girls who came to clean my home did a good job.

They work really fast, which is a good thing for me. They are very pleasant and trustworthy. They do what you ask. I think you get what you pay for with regard to pricing. They are frequently late, but they do call to let you know.

I had been using this service from July-December 2008 on a weekly basis. While the cleaning was not of the highest quality, it was acceptable and they showed up as scheduled, although sometimes 15-20 minutes late. Over the holiday's, I had to reschedule my regular cleaning to the day after Christmas. When the service had not shown up 45 minutes after the scheduled time, I called the manager to see what was going on. I was told they were running late and would be there in 30 minutes. Having made a special trip home to be there to accommodate them, I was pretty upset I didn't get a call that they would be so late. I had to ask for a discount as compensation for my time, and they offered 20% off. I told them I felt 50% was warranted and he refused to give it to me: when I suggested I would go to another company, the manager said he would just cancel our service for today- leaving me high and dry with a dirty house- and then proceeded to hang up on me. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN SUCH RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE at my home and warn everyone to not pay good money for marginal cleaning service that can't show up within an hour of their scheduled time.

Quality is adequate. Price is too high and I should have been told upfront.

The price was between $60-70 per hour. They have some specific way they want to bill us. They would only take payment from PayPal and not a check. The man got really weird about this- sending constant e-mails and making phone calls. I always paid him on time. After this I decided to use another service and asked for my keys back, and he has yet to send them back to me. They did not show up when they said they would. But the billing issue was the biggest problem. We now have to change our locks because they are not giving us our keys back. I will definitely not use them again and would like to warn others about them.

I didn't want them to touch the things that I had on the couch. I told them that they didn't have to dust the tables or do anything like that, but I told them that the rest needed to be clean like the window sills and floors. They did a lousy job, and one of them, Yulanda, somehow got it into her head that I said not to clean the bedroom. There was a friend at my house at the time, and Yulanda kept talking to the friend and told her that I didn't need a house cleaning, but I needed a spring cleaning. I think that was very unprofessional for her to talk to my friend like that. There was one more problem. My friend had given me six dollars that she owed me with a receipt for a sandwich we had bought. She also had a plastic bag full of her own things. The six dollars disappeared altogether and the receipt was stuffed into my friends bag.

I liked the crew very much -- they were very amiable. I will have them back for deep cleaning, or special occasions, however, on a regular basis I prefer working with an individual housekeeper for only a few hours a day.

I was very pleased with this company from start to finish. Randy was able to accommodate me by scheduling me for a Sunday appointment, since my house was a little of a mess after having two guests staying here for over a week. He was unsure about exactly when the crew would be done with the appointment prior to mine (a new customer also) but he promised to keep me informed and he did exactly that. Also, he provided me with a certificate of insurance promptly and without a runaround. I loved the crew he sent too. They were super-professional and did everything perfectly in a cheerful and efficient manner. They were also as quiet as possible, so much so that I was able to put my baby down for a nap with no problem. When OTHER companies have come to clean, they could be very loud yelling back and forth to each other, so I appreciated the courtesy shown by Just Like Magic. My house looks spotless and I plan on setting them up to come back regularly based on this excellent experience.

I called them a day before and they were able to service me even on short notice. The following day, two smiling people came in with their own cleaning supplies and scrubbed from top to bottom. My home is very organized and feng shui. My sister and I used to have our own cleaning service back in the late 80's and I was also a professional housekeeper for the Beverly Hilton for a time. I still have customers call me today for service, but I'm retired now. I don't have a lot of knick-knacks but my house has 5 glass tables + a glass bar. The interior of my home has been featured in 2 major American home magazines. It's so neat, that I could really go for months without cleaning it, but once you do start to clean it, if you don't do a thorough job, it's very noticeable. since they don't have to take the time to pick stuff up and put it away, it's all about real cleaning, vacuuming under the bed, getting under couch pillows, and breaking down the toilet/shower. Randy tried his best to meet my budget (which is $280.00 p/m) for cleaning every other week with 2 people for 4 hours, but the best he could do was $55 p/h for 3 hrs. or $330 p/m which is more than my car note... 2 much.

Overall, I am very happy with them so far. I called and they were able to come out the next day, which was much appreciated. They arrived late. (I was told they would come between 7 and 8, and they actually arrived at 8:25.) However, they did an excellent job of cleaning the house. They were friendly and professional. I had given up on using Molly Maids a month ago because of the poor and superficial cleaning they did. I found that the Just Like Magic maid service provided a much more thorough cleaning. They left the house looking beautiful and spotless. I plan to use them every two weeks.

They were punctual, professional, efficient and had a great attitude. Job well done. I appreciate the quickness of the return calls. Many times, people take their time to call back. The fact that this company acts quickly on returning phone calls gives you an indication of how efficient they operate.

Very well on the whole. They were late a few times and missed one appointment (with an apology). The people working are cooperative and do what is asked.

We tried out this company as a potential regular housecleaning service. The first trip there were two people, and they cleaned every inch of our 1900 sq. ft. home, including some windows. That time, they worked for about 2.5 hours. I was amazed at how clean it was! They have come a second time now (with 3 people; worked for almost 2 hours), and we have engaged them to come every two weeks for us. Their cost for our house is $55/hour. It is well worth the price. I am very pleased.

I called Randy on a Friday and he dropped by later that day to check in on amount of work before he started. Because we were running late with some of the last minute construction Randy said he would be back later in the day to start. He arrived after 7 pm (he did call to let us know he would be late) and started on our top floors and bathrooms. The bathrooms look great! Because of the construction we had dust everywhere - I thought they could have done a better job with cleaning the doors and banister but overall they did a good job. They came back on Saturday and finished the cleaning.
