Alex is a highly professional realtor who uses a very innovative model (providing % back as an escrow credit) in his business. After interviewing several realtors who did not impress us, we ran across Alex's yelp profile (check out all his reviews there!) and decided to contact him. Alex impressed us with his consistent dedication to helping us throughout our home search, including making offers and counters on our behalf while he was on vacation, on nights and weekends - he dropped everything to drive across Los Angeles to let us into a house we really wanted to see. In the end, he got us the house we wanted! Highly recommended, I think Alex might just be the last honest realtor out there.

I can truly say without hesitation that Alex Pavlov is a superb Real Estate Broker with an immense amount of patience, market knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile for his clients. I'm very grateful to have had his assistance in the lengthy and convoluted process we had to go through to sell my property at 1450 Brett Place in San Pedro.
