Flooring
Imperial Service & Carpet Cleaning were horrible. They were 45 minutes late. I called them to see where they were, this woman said she was just leaving Long Beach and she was on her way. There was another guy that came out, he was very nice, it's just that he quoted me a price that was so high.

Carpet Cleaning
THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND MY CARPET LOOKED LIKE IT WAS BRAND NEW. THE SPOTS AND STAINS CAME RIGHT UP AND IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT 2 HOURS TO DRY, SO IT WAS GREAT!
