Mark is a really nice guy and the job was well done. The only down side was that it took him 1 month and a half to do the job as he was too busy with an unusual rainy season in Los Angeles as well as the fact he didn't surveyed the roof slope correctly when he did the estimate at my house the first time. He had to reorder the gutter because it wasn't fitting when his workers tried to install it.
I was not in a hurry but I didn't feel I was a priority as the job was pretty small. I am still happy as the job was done correctly and Mark wanted to get it right.
