EDWARD VON SONN CONSTRUCTION

Job started and finished on time.  Job was done quickly.  Javier, the person on the job everyday and who seemed to be supervising, was very nice to work with.  I found various errors (all that could be fixed) especially in the granite work.  These problems were corrected in a timely manner.  One cabinet hinge broke when I opened the door.  I was told by Mr. Von Sonn that I had opened the door too wide (I had not).  After the job was done, a noticeable chip came off the counter.  Mr. Von Sonn said that my wife or I had done something to injure the counter (we had not).  He said he would get it fixed - that was a month ago and we have heard nothing for a while.  Overall, my wife and I are happy with the end result of the project.  The price was fine.  We are pleased the job was done so quickly.  We don't appreciate being blamed for problems with material for which we have no responsibility.  If not for this issue, and the delay in fixing the counter, I would have rated responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism as A's.
