Learned that Hunter Douglas shutters produce the best quality shutters at the highest price! There is a significant variance regarding quality, price, and selection. The Costco Hunter Douglas rep was by far the most knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. The discount through Costco is substantial (30-40%), and made Hunter Douglas cost LESS than inferior brands! Shutters are EXPENSIVE! If you decide to make the purchase - USE COSTCO!!!hey

It was a horrible experience. They made mistake after mistake. I started the process in December, but they didn't get everything taken care of until April. The crew that they used were not familiar with the blinds that I ordered. They did not install them properly. They did give me a reduction in my price due to the errors. They attempted to fix it, but it was a failure too.
