Very well. The vet explained everything thoroughly and gave us a good idea of what we needed to do for the puppies in the coming months

New patient establish visit followed by a semi-emergency visit with the "grand"-dog. Both went well. They fit the emergency in the same day, and we really liked Dr Thornberry.

I like a couple of the doctors in particular there. It depends a little bit on who you get and what doctor you use. I use Dr. Milo and she is just extraordinary. She is calm and friendly and really good with the animals. She keeps up to date on her knowledge. I find her overly aggressive in running tests. I like the front office staff as well. I don't have a good point of comparison, but I do think they are a little bit more expensive than some veterinarians. I have been going to them for 20 years.

I brought my nine-year old cat to Dr. Milo for an annual exam and shots about four weeks ago. At the exam we noticed that he had bleeding from his gums and a heart murmur. On closer examination, the gum disease was pretty serious. After doing complete blood work (which was normal) he was scheduled for oral surgery to have at least one tooth pulled. Immediately prior to the surgery, Dr. Milo also did a chest x-ray to see if his heart was enlarged, but his blood pressure was a bit high. She explained that the blood pressure would not be a problem for surgery and why. With the okay, surgery progressed. Dr. Milo called several times that day to provide updates: first with the results of the x-ray and to let me know that it looked like he would need a few other teeth pulled as a result of the extensive disease. She called again to let me know that she did not hear the heart murmur in surgery, and twice more to let me know how he was doing and that his blood pressure was normal. She sent me home with pain medication and antibiotics...and called again to make sure he was feeling all right. He recovered very well from the surgery. At his post-op appointment I asked her more about what would cause this oral health problem, and she carefully explained what is known or believed in the veterinary field and what to expect in the future. Dr. Sandy Milo is my veterinarian at Bay Cities, and we've been going to her for nearly 20 years--four cats over that period of time. She is extremely compassionate and careful. She has an excellent rapport with both the animals and their people. When I had to put a cat to sleep a couple of months ago (after five different cancers), she sat with us and chatted for quite a while after the procedure and was incredibly loving with my cat and me. She's the BEST!

He saved my cat's life. The service is excellent and they are very responsive and helpful. The price was very reasonable for saving a life and I am very appreciative of their care towards my cat. The overnight stay was very comfortable for her also. I can't thank the vet enough for their service.

THEY ARE INATTENTIVE. I ALWAYS WAIT FOR 30 MINUTES IN THE LOBBY. THEY'RE SO DISORGANIZED, BUT I GET THE FEELING THAT THEY KNOW ANIMAL MEDICINE. IT SEEMED EXPENSIVE.
