I bought this service to have on my computer as a keylogger(records all computer activity). From the very start this service didnt work. I called them three different times & reinstalled at least six times! It never didnt do what it was supposed to do. Then I just went back on there again to look at the activity & it said upgrade because they didnt support my program anymore. So I paid $40 for the program & then a year later I would have to upgrade at a cost of $70 to keep the service! I bought the program from a store I shouldnt have to upgrade if I dont want to. So it was a complete waste of money & I dont recommend them at all..
