The job took about 15 minutes. Jeff told us that we needed repair rather than replacement. We hired a roofing company a week later. Jeff did not accept our offer to pay - he said it was a small job. (I wish I didn't have to include the "approximate cost of service" because I would hate to see him inundated with requests to do something small without compensation!)
When I suggested that we might want to have him update his old inspection so we could write up a new repair/replace list, he felt it unnecessary. In short, Jeff is prompt, clear, and honest to a fault.
