Corey has always done a great job for us. We have used him for the last 7 years. As a full time real estate broker, finding good service providers is key. He has always been very responsive and professional. There are lots of Home Inspectors out there. Most are good some are VERY good. I would put Corey in the latter.
His inspections are easy to read and include photos of any items he has pointed out. We receive his reports within 24 hours. He also does a good job of explaining to the buyer and seller what he is calling out on the inspection and why he is doing so.
I will continue to use him on my team of providers.

He was extremely punctual! At times, he would arrive early to do his own preliminary inspection!
