Description of Work: We purchased a home in Manteca and after all the upgrades to the lot we went ahead and kept the 6 inch tile in the Kitchen Island and counter tops but we wanted to someday replace it with Granite. Urban Construction was the third bidder and we went ahead with his price after discussing the work needed and his recommendations. He was very respectful of our time and since the kitchen is open to the family room there would be alot of dust so he had a crew come in first thing in the morning and plastic off all but the work area took keep the dust in one area and he even taped off with paper and plastic the entrance his crew would be using to enter the work area. His crew arrived on time and was very respectful of our home, they were all very friendly. They removed all the tile and disposed of it cleanly, reinforced the island to accept the granite. We requested the Island to be extended out about 10 inches to provide a larger serving area for our guests and this he did and made it look great. The stove was cut out and installed perfectly as was the rest of the counters. We requested a Delta faucet with "touch on / touch off" feature and his plumber installed and its working great so far. Overall we were very pleased with his responsiveness and when they left you could not tell they were even there.
