Auto Inspections
When I went in, I was immediately greeted with a pompous attitude as well as the service manager being extremely rude as I was there to just get a diagnosis. I had to pay $145 for an incorrect/false diagnosis that they did on my car. When I went back to try and retrieve my money after I found that they had wrongfully diagnosed my car, they didn’t want to refund my money or even apologize for the 2 terrible experiences I had.

There are several issues here which make it hard to point the finger and blame either party. To make matters more complicated, the person who actually did the repair wasn't even there to talk with me. There are no other reviews on Angie's list about this Quick Lane and they are not even on Google Maps? Me personally, I might avoid this place in the future because it seems like they rushed the first initial repair job and didn't bother to inspect their work, specifically the coolant system before they handed it off to her. The manager, who I did not get a chance to meet, does get big points though for giving her free labor. Need more reviews on this place, please contribute.
