We couldn’t have been luckier to have chosen Paradise Designs for our General Contractor. We had an outstanding experience with them all around, from quality of their work to communication and even schedule adherence, we are thrilled with the results of our repair and renovation! We had a sudden loss due to category 3 water backup in our home. We ended up losing both bathrooms and our master bedroom to the damage. It was a challenging situation in many ways and we now had to repair and renovate bathrooms we hadn’t planned on remodeling. We had to live in an RV and money was short with insurance only covering a small portion of the damage. We started the search for a GC to do the repairs and interviewed 7 different contractors. The moment I met Dave Williams of Paradise Designs I knew I had found my GC. From the moment I met him I knew things would finally be ok. He was honest, calm and fair with his pricing. They weren’t the cheapest option, but my instinct told me they were the BEST option. I was right. Our home is 60 years old, meaning we ran into many unforeseen challenges we didn’t know were behind the walls. Paradise Designs coached me through it, made the necessary adjustments in the repairs, estimate and timeline, and talked me off the ledge several times. The repairs were very well done and the final renovations… UNBELIEVABLE! The final product was such high quality, gorgeous and amazing workmanship. I cannot believe these bathrooms are in my home! Their designer, Bridgette, has an amazing eye for detail and how to meet customer’s expectations. I challenged her as our home is 60 years old, and though it’s been renovated, it is not fancy. The bathrooms needed a serious update (seeing as they were circa 1980s lol) but I needed them to still look like they belonged in my home. The final product was WAY beyond my expectations. They gave me exactly what I wanted; elegant without being fancy. NAILED IT! Thank you, Dave and Bridgette, for helping us through this exceedingly difficult time in our lives and turning out a product that exceeded my wildest dreams.
