+ -1 moreI have hired a lawyer (an additional expense) to get these people out of my house. Main Street Realtors have done NOTHING! I now believe they are working with the renters ... three notices and nothing. Lawyer stated this is not how things are done in in California ... they get a pay or quit notice. If they haven't paid in three days, the police escort them out. Thank goodness I had the sense to call a lawyer. This company has cost me thousands of dollars and they've absolutely NOTHING.
Description of Work: Placed a woman with children in my home -- stated they completed all credit checks, rental checks, etc. The woman hasn't paid rent since July. I have just hired a lawyer as this company has done nothing to get these individuals out of my home.
