Great. Was very pleased. Liberty appliance was responsive, prompt, and courteous. Will definitely use them again. Since all of my new Samsung appliances have been having issues, I'm sure I will need their services again!!

Such a nice man came out to my house and found a fairly simple problem and fixed it. Only charged the service fee.

Fantastic work. We gave Steve the details of what was wrong with our oven along with the make and model number. He ordered the part necessary for the repair and called 2 days later to arrange a time for the repair. Our oven was fixed and my wife was so impressed that she turned down the Angie's List discount.

Liberty Appliance Repair / Steven Trout was fantastic.!  My refrigerator went out just as the holiday weekend was starting.  Steven responded to my service call quickly and was able to provide me with "same day" service.  My refrigerator/freezer required an new electronic part that had to be ordered and Steven was able to do an "interim" fix that enabled my refrigerator to keep running through the holiday weekend.  The part arrived Monday morning and Steven had it installed before noon!  
Steven is knowledgeable, experienced, professional and exhibits a true sense of urgency in responding to his customers.  His pricing is extremely reasonable and his service was absolutely outstanding. 
I will not hesitate to strongly recommend Liberty Appliance Repair and to personally use them for any future appliance repairs.

He was careful to prepare me that the vent switch for the  stove top would be different and not the same as the old one.  
I like knowing those details and most of all so happy to have my stove working at 100% again.

Steve came out the next day after my call. He arrive on the dot of the appointed time. He was very thorough, efficient and professional and offered a ninety-day guarantee on his work. Also gave me a discount for finding him on Angie's List. Will definitely call him for any frther problems with my appliances

This is the most flawless service I have even had.  Steve knew what he was doing, and did it.  He is extremely honest -- you  can tell just by talking to him.  He's fast, cleans up, and is very personable; he aims to please!  I don't really know what else to say, except I would totally recommend Liberty Appliance for just what you want -- an honest, reliable business owner who does an exceptional job!

Steve showed up on time checked it out had to order the [art called when it came to set a time to come fix it called cause he was ahead of time so he came early he went above and beyond what he had to will use him again if needed will  give him a A+++++

They were very timely and slight cordial. I’ve called them recently just to talk to them. They are just very helpful. Their pricing is good.

We had a double dryer with top steamer and bottom dryer.  The bottom dryer was not providing heat.  Steve came and checked it out thoroughly and found that the heating unit had gone out.  He checked everywhere to find the part but found that the part was no longer made and not available anywhere.  Ultimately, he was unable to repair the dryer but was sincerely apologetic that he could not fix it.  He only charged for the initial service charge.  I would definitely refer Steve and use him for all future services.
