This past summer, my dog knocked over a Slurpee® onto our carpet in the middle of the night. We saw it in the morning, and attempted to remove as much of the stain as possible. We got about 75% of the stain removed. Rather than calling in Grasso, we simply moved our furniture around to cover the spot. (I know, weak, but we were moving furniture anyway!) Nearly 6 months later, we had Grasso out to clean our carpets, and I remembered that spot. I mentioned it to them, and said I was pretty sure there was nothing at this point that could be done to remove the stain.
Wouldn't you know it ? I came home later that afternoon and the stain was GONE! Incredible. I couldn't believe it. They are truly professional when it comes to carpet cleaning, and I don't hesitate recommending Grasso to all my friends and neighbors. They will continue cleaning for us as long as we have carpeting!
