Drechsler Construction

After the company who I had hired to do the work failed to keep their appointments, I called Nathan Drechsler. He was courteous, and he was willing to do the installation, despite that this was during a busy period. He was on time, and he worked around my schedule. Nathan and his crew do excellent work. He left the counter, and my floor clean. Nathan had to do some adjustments, and he only charged me for the materials. His fee is fair. I will definitely hire him again for other jobs. He gets an A++! :)

The is the second home that we have used Nate for all of the work. Both homes had a long list of things we wanted done. We selected Nate a second time because of the quality of his work (amazing), his ability to meet a deadline, and his pricing. Another thing is that Nate pays attention to even the smallest detail. In both cases in work added significant value to the house when it was time to sell them. Something else Nate provides is feedback and helpful suggestions for our design. He uses his experience to know what will work and what is not the best idea. He was a big help in this area. My wife and I have moved out of state and wish we could take with us.

Drechsler construction crew came in and saved the day. i showed him what the insurance company did he said that not right . Nathan gave me a time lime of the project and what was going to happen. He stood true. They took out the misaligned cabinet ,the sheet rock, flooring. he then put new cabinets,flooring sheet rock,and painted the walls to blend. (which the wife changed on him) im thankful of the work he has done and would recommend to any and stand behind his work. he took 6 weeks to get the job done that took insurance company 7 mths to do. Once again thank you nathan and your team family has never been so happy to do dishes again.

He is a perfectionist that makes sure that things are right. One time a subcontractor split oil and he came right back to personally clean it up. His quality of is impeccable. Our home is going to be in the Manteca Garden Tour next year in part because of the great work that he did.

My shower door is of very high quality and it was installed professionally.  Nathan was prompt with the quote. I couldn't be more pleased with this transaction.

I was so pleased I asked to have Nathan quote a kitchen remodel - cabinets, flooring, countertop, new lighting, etc.

It took a little while to get the quote back and it was one total for all and did not break out each component of the job.  I thought it was a little high so I decided not to do the floor at this time, and contracted with someone else to do the cabinets.  I was disappointed to hear if they couldn't do the entire job, they would not do the countertop, lighting, etc.  I would have liked to have had the quote in detail indicating what each job cost rather than one lump figure.  I would definitely use this company again as they were professional and did an excellent job on the shower door.  Perhaps this is an industry standard where if they can't do the entire job, they don't want to do any of it.  I am not educated enough in this area to know.  He also said he wasn't aware I was operating within a budget.  Doesn't everyone?  Perhaps there was a misunderstanding there.  I didn't intend to mislead him into thinking I had an unlimited amount of money. 

The final product far exceeded my expectations. Nate designed and then built the stairs with the final product providing easy access for my granddaughters to their new trampoline. I would without any reservation recommend Drechsler Construction to anyone.

This was an extremely difficult job and it took us three months to even find someone brave enough to take it on.   Nathan Drechsler oversaw every part of the job.  He assessed what needed to be done, and got the proper permits, and got the proper engineer to make plans.  He researched what had previously been done in our neighborhood.  He safely removed two structural columns and he ordered the special heavy duty beam that was needed to bear the weight of the ceiling and the house.  He safely went through the fence and put the beam into place, using caution. He matched the stucco and the paint perfectly.  He is a delight to work with .  He is extremely intelligent and uncompromisingly ethical.  He will work with you to get the job done correctly.

My wife requested: would it be possible to take  a standard closet in our house and turned it into a linen closet. Since I always use Drechsler Construction, I gave Nate a call and he gave me some ideas over the phone and within a couple of days the work was completed. The finish product far exceeded my expectations. The closet looked like it has always been a linen closet and even the paint matched the existing paint perfectly. He also installed an attic fan which included mounting the fan and connecting it to the electrical system.
Since I have been using Drechsler Construction for construction work in my rentals and primary residence  for a number of years, I have never ask for an estimate as I know his cost is always fair and I know I can count on Nate to do an excellent job. I would heartly recommend him to anyone who is considering hiring Dechsler Construction. Since Nate is a perfectionist, you can always count on a project being completed to your satisfaction.  

The finished job was well done, but getting there was difficult. Did not provide detail plans. Job was interupted several times with other issues either personal or business.

We discovered water damage in our closet and called in our plumber who could not find the source. Next we called in Mr. Drechsler. He had remodeled our kitchen previously and we were very happy with the work then too. He ran several tests the plumber did not do. He suspected a leak in the shower pan but suggested hiring a leak detection service to verify so that we would not have to perform expensive repairs if he was wrong, but he wasn't. He cleaned up every day. He even worked through a weekend. We were going to be away and he asked if we would mind. We were thrilled as the work was completed ahead of schedule and we didn't have to be around for all of it.

A tough job done very well. It was a pleasure to work with Nathan.

The Drechsler team did an excellent job on our home. Our home looks brand new, my husband and I have fallen in love with our home all over again. Nathan Drechsler and his team were very professional, courteous, considerate and very responsive. They quoted a price and it did not go up, even though there were a few more areas that needed extra attention than what we anticipated. They did not get one drop of paint anywhere except where it was supposed to be (we are very anal). This job was the perfect example of perfection. I'm absolutely going to have Drechsler Construction do future jobs.

Overall both my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work Nathan and his crew did for us. He was one of only a few paint contractors that were willing to fit us in their schedule and able to completely finish the job in just three days!! What makes that even more amazing is the quality of their work and attention to detail was impeccable! I definitely would use Drechsler Construction again in the future as well as recommend their services to my family and friends.

They were a bit pricey but they were also pretty precise and professional. They were fine and good in terms of behavior. The concerned person showed up when he said he was going to show up and did what he said he was going to do.

He is very honest, easy to work with, and performed his work very carefully. He is not cheap, but he is fair! He does the work he said he will do and does it right!

We would use them again. They were prompt, cleaned up after themselves and charged a reasonable amount.

They were VERY quick and professional, cleaned up all of their mess and were great to work with!

Very responsive to telephone calls and emails. Start time postponed one day which was fine. Job took longer than expected but extremely pleased with the finished product. Work is excellent. Cleaned up every day before leaving.

Before we started the job Nate came over to the house to go over with me what he had planned to do in the closet. He told me that when the job is finished it would be a perfect fit in the closet and not look like an after thought. Sure enough, when the job was finished what he had done matched perfectly with the original shelving. He researched where the original shelving was bought so that when he added the new shelving it would match with the original shelving. When he put up the supports they lined up exactly with the original supports and of course the paint was a perfect match. I was really impressed that the first thing he did each morning when he arrived at our house was to put tarps down from the front door to the closet and completely covered the carpet in the closet. At no time was the carpet ever exposed. At the end of the day, the job site was left in perfect condition. I would definitely hire Drechsler Construction again and would never hesitate to recommend this company. In today's world it is sure comforting to work with a person who is very ethical and has high standards.

From start to finish, the project was a breeze. I owe this to Nate and his willingness to complete this project so that it will meet his high standards of work. It is always a pleasure to work with Drechsler Construction.

I contacted Mr. Drechsler about some things I would like to have fixed around my home. I got his name off of Angie's List. He contacted me immediately. We set up a date and time that worked for both our schedules. Mr. Drechsler installed two ceiling fans and repaired flooring in my front entrance way to my home that was damaged by some water. Mr Drechsler did an excellent job. He is someone that I definetly be calling again. I am a single mother and alot of the time i find myself not knowing who to call when i need something fixed around the house. Mr. Drechsler is someone that I felt totally comfortable with and he is very trustworthy. I am very happy to have found someone that i can call and trust when I need something done. Im so happy.

All work was done on time and done to the highest standards. Work of sub contracters was inspected and if not perfect was quickly taken care of. Nathan even showed up one morning with a bag of paper plates and cups for us. Each day all supplies were removed and the work area was cleaned before leaving for the day. When ever there was problem ( usually due to shoddy work by the home builder) Nathan would bring it to our attention and provide a number of options for dealing with it. He was always on time. He kept us informed of all plans. Nathan displayed the highest standards and work ethics of any contracter I have ever delt with. The cost of the job may seem high to some and also to me initially but when I saw the amount and quality of the work I realise it was a bargain. We have been extreamely happy with Drechsler Construction.
