On Saturday morning my boyfriend took our kitten in to be seen right away because she had suddenly become weak and lethargic. The receptionist turned her away said they were very busy, although no one was waiting in the lobby. It was just a few minutes before 10:00 AM, but she stated the vet was not in. My boyfriend asked that she be taken to back, so that she could be seen when the doctor arrived. This was also refused, because they were busy. He brought her back home wrapped her in a blanket and tried to keep her awake. Within an hour and a half, she became unresponsive. I called the office and asked if she could be seen on a emergency basis, I was told to bring her in and and advised it would be more expensive emergency office visit and I agreed. Upon arrival there was no pulse, My sweet little Sabrina was gone. I used to work in a vet hospital, and we would have never denied and dismissed a sick animal. If our hospital was open we would have taken her to the back, checked her vitals, started a chart and had the Vet check her as soon as he arrived. I asked the receptionist what happened when she was brought in earlier and turned away. She told me they were very busy and they were short a technician. I was not told that the doctor had not arrived yet. My heart is broken and my little angel is gone. They could have helped her, at the very least they could have referred her elsewhere. There was no compassion or concern.

My dog has a cyst under his throat and they took it off, and had it biopsied. They are prompt and efficient. He is very good with the pets. They are very caring and prompt with their services. I have just recently started using them. They are a little bit pricey. I will continue to use them in the future.
