"Yes, we made a mistake. On Monday March 4th. at 1:25 PM, the purchase was made. On Tuesday March 5th our delivery log shows the delivery crew left her house at 1:40 PM. The crew returned at 4:40 PM to replug in the washer. Yes we could have responded faster except, as she stated, two of our employees were out sick. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience she experienced."
