During the installation the service is OK, but takes short cuts in order to save money. Once system is running, it is difficult to get service. Either too busy or once the system is bought and installed the support gets worst. Called several times and the response takes several days once responds. During normal days try to contact, but does not answer the phone. Appointments are schedule according to their schedule and not the customer schedule.
We are getting a lots of yellow residue from softener and we had been trying to get service, but unable to get it. Who knows why!
No I would not recommend this supplier.
System was installed in September 2012.

They were professional. They got the job done. I would recommend them. Their price is lower than others. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I would use them in the future.

We looked them up thru a internet search on water softeners for Manteca. We saw some great reviews and made an appointment. The representative was interested in what our problems were and what we wanted to treat. He tested our water, took some measurements of our plumbing at the place we wanted the system to be set up, and made a recommendation. They offered us 100% financing or payment by credit card or check with the cash deal being the lowest price. They also encouraged us to compare their quote with anyone else and offered to beat any competitor that could set up a system that took care of the same problems. We agreed to the price, set the installation date and made a deposit. The crew showed up on time and did the work as agreed. They encountered some more problems but said as long as we were ok with the extra time (about 30 minutes) it took to run to a different drain, they would not charge any more money for the extra labor & materials - how refreshing!!! They cleaned up their work and patched the drywall, even adding some matching texture - unlike my poor next door neighbor. They explained how the system worked and did a free courtesy check on both systems yesterday afternoon - about 3 weeks after they installed. We love our water and our system. We are already saving money by not buying expensive bottled water and know our plumbing will not be a problem anymore.
