+ -1 moreI wasn't home when he came out but I had my mom stand in for me. Not only did he NOT get my issued covered under the home warranty, he took my money and told me it would be 10 days before he could get the parts. The parts would cost me over $240 plus the $75 I had already paid him for his "service" fee. He said he had to order the parts for all four burners that you cannot order just one. Well, I spoke with another parts company and that doesn't seem to be the case. I will call this "gentleman" back when I get all the info I need to blast him. I don't understand how the Home Warranty company can use this guy when he seems to be about "money" and nothing else. Thanks a lot for NOTHING!
