Robert the home inspector was already working when we drove up. He introduced himself with a smile and assured us that he would do his best to find any problems that needed to be addressed. We followed him throughout the inspection while he explained how to save money by doing it ourselves for easy repairs. The inspection took almost 3 hours due to all the questions we had during the inspection. Needless to say we felt safe enough to buy the house. We WILL recommend Robert to all our family and frirnds.
