I said I didn't need anything other than the installation. I thought they would also include caulking, which it did not. They could have at least cleaned off the materials after the work was done. I felt like everything was not completely explained prior. I just expected a little more of a finished product. It could have been a miscommunication on what was included.

They have been to our house 4 or 5 times since we moved here in February. He charges $35 per hour. He's good. I don't know if he could built a house but he could handle pretty much everything I threw at him whether it was plumbing or electrical or repairs around the house. I bought a barbecue at a home improvement store and he picked it up for me so I didn't have to pay to have it delivered. He goes above and beyond.
