Stucco Service
For such a reasonable amount, Chris Vaillant did spot patching of the stucco finish coat in a number of areas including along the base of some stuccoed columns. He was conscientious in trying to match the color as closely as possible, identified areas that we had missed, was tidy and efficient. The patches are almost a perfect match in color and texture-wise you can't tell the difference from the surrounding areas. He also recommended re-screening vents but did not push for a tearout, simply replacing the mesh until a future re-stuccoing. We are very pleased with his work and will consider him for future repairs.
