 + -1 moreSouth Bay purchased the company that originally installed and programmed our systems, which are extensive. They failed in every aspect of their engagement agreement due to incompetent staff. They prematurely billed for services based on inaccurate reports by their technicians, who said they had completed certain services which, in fact, were not done. They then dropped us as a client and never did complete their work in spite of the fact that we had paid in full for it. They also have blackmailed us with respect to releasing our system programming information to any new service provider we might choose.
Description of Work: Ongoing maintenance and service of our Savant/Lutron home automation systems
