Real Estate Service, Home Inspection
They were also listed on Angie's List. I was surprised at the low cost, then realized later that I got what I paid for. I expected an inspector from their office in Manhattan Beach, the address listed in Angie's List. Instead, a rep from the Huntington Beach office did the inspection. His report is incomplete, hand written, and not a pro job. I've brought in electrical and plumbing contractors, who tell me they are uncomfortable using his inspection list to work from for these reasons: they are unable to read it, his notes are not clear, and the report is incomplete.
